Introducing Appetite for Success ......

Appetite for Success (AFS) is Strategon's flagship personal and professional development program for trade qualified cooks & chefs along with other leaders working across the hospitality industry.

Launched in 2006, AFS is an innovative industry retention strategy, contributing to the building of successful long term careers on behalf of individuals and the sustainability of a highly-skilled hospitality industry workforce.

Strategon has worked extensively with TAFE and the Food Tourism & Hospitality Skills Council in the design and delivery of AFS. The program is currently being rolled out in Queensland (via Sunshine Coast TAFE) and New South Wales (via TAFE NSW - Sydney Institute & North Sydney Institute), with further sites currently under negotiation.
